It’s official! I am going on a diet. Wait maybe not a diet a healthy lifestyle. Trying to incorporate more healthy things into my diet and lose a few pounds. So in honor of that decision, I’ve brought you 20 healthy recipes!
I’ve never been a big oatmeal girl. Soggy = gross. I’d try and eat it but just couldn’t get past the texture, until I tried steel cut oats. I especially love this recipe from Jamie Cooks it Up. Find the recipe for Jamie Cooks it Up’s Slim Down Steel Cut Oats with Blueberries.
Another breakfast I love to make smoothies. This is a recipe similar to the one I make called a Wake Up Smoothie!
Many Sunday afternoons, my dad would make up omelets for everyone. I love them, I’m still trying to perfect the actual making of the omelet. Here is a nice and easy and helpful recipe for a Cheese Omelet from Chef In You.
I love a good salad that is full of vegetables and beans. I can’t wait to try this great recipe for a Cucumber & Black Eye Pea Salad from Eating Well. I might add some chicken, yum!

I love pizza. It is always good. Breakfast, dinner, lunch and so for a little twist I’m trying this Pesto and White Bean Pizza.
Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps are one of my favorite things. I love to go out for someone to make them for me, but I will have to try and make them myself with this recipe from Better Homes & Gardens.
