Vintage Book Fall Decor
I am in love with this time of year. Fall is here (sort of, I keep wishing it would cool off a little bit, but we have been getting a ton of rain so it has been a little bit cooler). I think Fall is one of the easiest seasons to decorate for. It is easy because it can go traditional with red, yellow and orange or spice it up with jewel tones. Well, it’s been another month and so I’ve appeared on KPVI More. I love hanging out with Matt & Libby of KPVI More. I shared some easy fall decor ideas.
I love old vintage books. They have such character. The Mr. can’t handle it. We were at the thrift store the other day and we were looking at the books. He looked for interesting reads. Me I was looking for old, colorful books, full of character. He just couldn’t understand it.
Vintage books make a great fall decor statement. They are easy to find in fallish colors. I loved the tan book because it has football players on the front and a cute little football on the spine. I just piled a couple of books together and tied them together with burlap ribbon.
Pair the books with a grapevine pumpkin and a vase of yellow mums. I found the great vase at Joann’s on clearance. It was perfect for fall. I’ve even just stacked a bunch of books and put a pumpkin on top. This is a great unique way to add fall colors and decor to your home.
If you are still clueless, just add some pumpkins and leaves and you’ve got some sweet fall decor. I’m telling you a little goes a long way.
Here are a few more ideas that I shared on KPVI More.
