How do you feel about breakfast? Is it really the most important meal to you? For me somedays yes. If I don’t eat enough I am hungry way to early. If I don’t eat the right thing I don’t feel so great. So breakfast is a pretty important decision around my house. No matter what, I am normally in the mood for a good muffin. I like all kinds. Fruit Muffins. Sweet Muffins. Healthy Muffins and of course Chocolate Muffins.  Normally my muffin making is pretty much a Betty Crocker mix that I add water to which is great, but for when I am more adventurous I’ve created a list of 15 of the best muffin recipes.
