I love how crispy wrappers hold together all the yummy Asian goodness in a small little package full of meat and veggies. Delicious! Plus, the mini spring rolls are so adorable (I’m a sucker for anything mini).
We loved celebrating with these delicious egg rolls. They are sure to be a tummy pleasing appetizer to share with your family and friends with the fortune of a good new year.
Let’s not forget dessert. Fortune cookies are a traditional and fun part of any Chinese meal. Bring them up a notch by creating chocolate covered fortune cookies. They are quick, easy but are beautiful!
Simply buy some fortune cookies and melting chocolate. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Start with 10 to 20 second intervals. Mixing each time between until smooth. Dip cookies in chocolate. Set on wax paper to dry. If desired add sprinkles after dipping.
