Simple Hazelnut Pumpkin Pie

You know I love a deal, a quick project and something yummy! I knew I need a little treat the other day when I was at Wal-Mart. You know just something simple, something fall and something for a little me time when Miss JJ is napping. But I’m also trying to be better with my sweet tooth. I was doing really well during the summer because I could get out and exercise outside with the baby, but now I’m having a harder time. I saw some Dannon® Greek Yogurt Oikos® Pumpkin Pie and had a great idea, a simple hazelnut pumpkin pie. Mini sized of course. Perfect for a nap treat!
So next time you are at Wal-Mart grab Dannon® Greek Yogurt Oikos® Pumpkin Pie (in the Dairy aisle)Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Pie Crusts (in the baking aisle), AND Reddi-wip® (in the Dairy aisle). Then you can have an effortless pie escape too.
Simple Hazelnut Pumpkin Pie Ingredients:
- Dannon® Greek Yogurt Oikos® Pumpkin Pie
- Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Pie Crusts
- Reddi-wip® original 13oz can
- Hazelnut spread
- nutmeg
- cinnamon
To make the filling, mix a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon into the yogurt cup.
Spoon yogurt mixture into the pie crust.
Drizzle some hazelnut spread on top. Using a toothpick swirl the spread into the yogurt mixture.
Top with the whip cream.
For a pretty touch add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the top.
And you’ve got a beautiful effortless hazelnut pumpkin pie.
The perfect afternoon treat to keep you going without giving you too much of a sugar rush. Also, great for an after school snack for the kids.
I love that it is so easy to have a delicious fall treat while still eating something healthier with only a few ingredients. Win-win!
