Molasses Cookies
Well hello there! Welcome back to day three of cookie week. I took a little break yesterday. Please forgive me. To make up for it. I’m sharing two cookies today!!! Let’s get to the first one. Gingersnap Molasses Cookies. A very traditional holiday cookie. They are a perfect match for decorating gingerbread houses. You get all that flavor without eating your beautiful house.
Not everyone loves a good molasses cookie, but those who do love, love, love them. So maybe at your house they will be just perfect for Santa or the kids. Try them out and see how they like them. If they don’t then more for you! If you want to create an easy cookie with no frosting this recipe is just the ticket.
