Pink, Mint, and Gray Girl Nursery

It’s been a long time coming, but I’m finally sharing my cute pink, mint, and gray girly girl nursery! I love how it all came together. I did a lot of dreaming while on bed rest and didn’t quite get the nursery read until after this little girly came into our lives. I can’t wait to share the details on all the cute touches I added.
Let’s start above the crib! I made this super cute corkscrew ribbon pom pom garland. I tied some to sticks to make an arrangement for her night stand to go in a gray mason jar. I topped off the garland with the adorable Dream Big framed art.
In front of the rug, I searched for the perfect rug and finally found it in this light pink with a trellis design. The crib is from Pottery Barn. I knew I wanted a white crib and I found this one and fell in love.
My sister made that gorgeous crib blanket. It has all sorts of textures and a mix of the three colors.
This night stand was a yellow wood color. A fresh coat of white paint and a cute crystal pull makes the perfect bedside table and bookshelf. I have to tell you about these cute BabyLit books too! They are baby versions of the classics. I went crazy and bought a ton! My favorites are Pride and Prejudice, Emma, Sherlock Holmes and The Wizard of Oz.
Oh, and the laundry basket in the corner, is perfect. It hides behind the rocking chair, but I love the wire basket feel of it.
She is loving reading in her rocking chair. Believe it or not, this was my mom’s rocking chair with her first baby. She spray painted it white and recovered the cushion with nice gray upholstery fabric.
And last of all, her adorable changing table/dresser. I was looking forever for a dresser to put my TV on in my basement. I found one in a sale group on Facebook, but was on bed rest so I sent my mom to look at it. While she was there, she saw this dresser and asked the girls if they would redo it for my changing table/dresser. They painted it white, distressed it and added crystal knobs.
For the frames above the changing table, I bought a pack of vintage frames on eBay. For variety fill some frames with scrapbook paper. I grabbed the “J” from Heidi Swapp’s Marquee Letters. You can decorate them or leave them plain. Either way adorable!
I dressed the window with pink ruffle curtains. If you have a curtain rod already, but don’t like the color my tip is to spray paint it. I had one already in this room. Took it down sprayed it white it was good to go!
I love how it turned out!!!
Such a sweet room! One day you will be so happy that you have pictures to remember it by.
I’d love for you to share this project at The DIY Collective party that I co-host. My readers would love it! The party goes live each Thursday at 6am EST.
