Quick Easy Dinner: Velveeta Skillet Singles #personalfeast

I am always all about making life easier. One of the ways I keep life simple at our house: Velveeta Skillet Singles. They are easy and delicious options for lunch. Just heat and eat! Plus, I’ll show you how they satisfied my man’s hunger.

I want you to meet the Mr. I’ll tell you a little bit about him. He is a wonderful elementary teacher, pursuing a masters degree, coaches tee-ball, is a scout leader and is always on the go. He loves to be active which builds up a big appetite. Look how good he is studying away.

With always being on the go finding time to make a personal feast for lunch is rough. He doesn’t cook much, but loves to eat a good filling man sized meal. It is hard for me to be at work all day knowing he might not be eating anything good for him until dinner in the evening. I recently was on a mission to find some easy meals for him at Walmart and discovered these Velveeta Skillet Single heat and eat meals. You can see more of my shopping trip here. Perfect Solution! Velveeta Skillet Singles are an easy way for my guy to have a filling lunch. They look like the perfect size for a heat and eat lunch. I grabbed the Lasagna and Chicken Chili Cheese Mac. Both come with liquid gold cheese sauce. Can I say Yum! I might have to sneak a bite from one of my husband’s.

Even though he doesn’t cook, I know he can handle putting something in the microwave and heating up.  The meals cook in just one minute! Plus it makes me worry less knowing he is eating something better for him than potato chips and candy while he is studying and running. You can always use the Velveeta Skillet Singles when you are going out for a night with the girls too! 

Oh yeah it looks so yummy! Plus there is meat which is a total man meal must have. Normally if I wasn’t around he would eat it right out of the microwavable dish, but I stuck it in a fun bowl so it felt even more like a personal feast.

He was so excited to try it! And he loves to smile for the camera!

It was a different twist on lasagna, but so good. He loved all the cheesy goodness. Now if only I could get him to eat some veggies.

He can’t wait to try all the other flavors!!!
