Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut the croissants in half lengthwise, cutting just about ¾ of the way through the croissant.
Break one cookie dough ball into small pieces and spread the pieces around on the bottom half of a croissant, then close the top part of the croissant over the bottom. Break another cookie dough ball into pieces and gently press the dough onto the top of the croissant. Repeat with all remaining croissants and cookie dough balls.
Place the croissants on a large baking sheet and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on top. Cool slightly before serving.
