Hydro Dipped Starfish

Create adorable marbled hydro dipped starfish craft for all ages.

Materials

  • Starfish Dollar Store
  • Nail Polish
  • Large container Water
  • Wax paper
  • Glitter optional

Instructions

  • Gather all the supplies needed.
  • In a large container add water and fill it 3⁄4 of the way full.
  • Pour in nail polish colors one at a time.
  • You may need to add more nail polish after 1-2 starfish get dipped.
  • Carefully and slowly dip the starfish into the nail polish and water.
  • Slowly remove the starfish, and hold it over the water for a few moments to let the excess water drip off.
  • Place onto the wax paper (apply glitter if using) to dry.
  • Allow the starfish 24 hours to dry completely.
  • Repeat steps 2-7 until all the starfish are covered are colored.

Notes

*nail polish does stain the container you are using.
