Slow Cooker Creamed Corn with Bacon
Easily make delicious slow cooker creamed corn with bacon for a delightful side dish to accompany a variety of meals.

cream cheese

heavy cream

unsalted butter
melted

strips precooked bacon

Chopped green onions
to garnish
Instructions
Place the corn in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the cubed cream cheese over the corn.
Pour over the melted butter and heavy cream.
Sprinkle with the sugar, salt and pepper. Toss to coat the corn.
Heat over high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours or until the corn is heated through. Stir occasionally.
Serve with a sprinkling of crumbled bacon and chopped green onions, to garnish.
Notes
Storage: Corn can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
