Vanilla Fudge Recipe

How to make a simple and creamy vanilla fudge recipe with only three ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c white chocolate chips 15 oz or about 1 ½ - 10 oz bags
  • 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 T vanilla or vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  • Line a standard loaf pan with foil or parchment and coat with a light layer of non-stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine.
  • Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments and stir well between each interval until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Add in the vanilla and stir until incorporated.
  • Transfer the fudge mixture to your prepared baking pan and spread to smooth.
  • Allow to set at room temperature for about 2-4 hours or until set.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

Storage: Fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week for frozen for 3 months.
