white chocolate chips
15 oz or about 1 ½ - 10 oz bags
1 - 14

can sweetened condensed milk

vanilla or vanilla bean paste
Instructions
Line a standard loaf pan with foil or parchment and coat with a light layer of non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine.
Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments and stir well between each interval until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Add in the vanilla and stir until incorporated.
Transfer the fudge mixture to your prepared baking pan and spread to smooth.
Allow to set at room temperature for about 2-4 hours or until set.
Cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
Storage: Fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week for frozen for 3 months.
