  • 18" grapevine wreath
  • Dollar Tree Patriotic Ribbon
  • 2 Dollar Tree red white and blue rose bunch
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Zip Ties
  • 2 Dollar Tree Gnome Garden Stakes

Instructions

  • To remove the gnomes from the stakes I just bent the metal pieces off of each of them.
  • I bent each of the rose bunches so that they would curve a bit and fit the shape of the grapevine wreath. I then zip tied the stems to the grapevine wreath and trimmed the ends off.
  • Then in the middle I added the patriotic bow so that it would cover the stems.
  • I next added a dab of hot glue to the backside of the gnomes and added the zip tie (you could also use some twine if you don’t have any zip ties) and add the zip tie on top. Use this to tie the gnome around the grapevine wreath. I added some hot glue to the places where the gnome touches the grapevine to add some security
