3 Ingredient Protein Muffins

You only need three ingredients to make these delicious blueberry protein muffins.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Kodiak Cakes blueberry muffin mix
  • 8 oz vanilla or plain protein greek yogurt
  • 1 - 14 oz vanilla protein drink

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a standard muffin tin with liners. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the muffin mix, yogurt and protein drink.
  • Whisk to combine well.
  • Divide the batter evenly between each of the muffin liners.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 16-18 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned and the center is set.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Storage: Muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
