Blueberry Lemonade Popsicles Recipe
A sweet and sour treat that will cool you off in the summer with this recipe for blueberry lemonade popsicles.
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice about 5 to 6 lemons
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 cups of water
To get started, squeeze the lemon juice.
Puree or mash blueberries.
In a juice pitcher mix lemon juice, blueberries, sugar and water.
Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold. Insert sticks and freeze for 6 to 7 hours or overnight.
To remove run popsicle molds under warm water for 15 seconds. Slide mold off and enjoy.
